The location of the apartment was perfect and excellent just off the train station and Kidderminster town centre. We were set close to Severn Valley railway.

Bathroom included a walk-in shower and bath sheets, and that's important. The host made our stay really lovely.

Separate bedroom along with kitchen. Location in the hosts back garden. And just off Bus, railway, shops, Kidderminster town centre & attractions and the Severn Valley Railway.

I thoroughly enjoyed the place. The apartment is beautiful, has more than enough space, and is very close to shops and takeaways, a high walled garden, and a town centre. Staff are lovely, I had a perfect 10/10 stay for 1 night. Its location is perfect, just a short stroll away from a famous museum.

I recently stayed at Railway Retreat in Kidderminster for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect for exploring the Severn Valley Railway, as it was only a 2-minute walk to the station. Despite being in the town center, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower had plenty of hot water, and the room had all the essentials. Additionally, there were various takeaway options nearby, allowing us to enjoy meals at a table in the hotel and even store leftovers in the fridge. I couldn't fault the beautiful surroundings, the warm welcome from Hazel, and the convenient facilities.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

the retreat was a lovely surprise - a quirky garden courtyard with a detached studio bungalow. well-fitted kitchen, comfy armchairs, and a cozy bed. the under floor heating was effective, and the window blinds and curtains worked well. the host, hazel, was lovely and checked in to make sure everything was okay.

Finding parking can be a challenge at times due to limited space.
